Payment

You may use Master Card®, Visa®, American Express®, and Discover® credit cards to pay for your order. Established accounts may use Purchase Orders. Orders to be delivered within Ohio are considered taxable unless they are purchased for resale or “in the direct production of agricultural produce”. Therefore, some items in Ohio are always taxable (i.e. toys). If your Ohio purchases are sales tax exempt, provide the appropriate information on the Check Out Screen and if we do not have an exemption form on file, you will be contacted to complete one.

Back Orders

On occasion, some items may not be in stock. We will check with you to see if you want us to: (1) ship only items in stock, (2) ship items in stock and complete the order with backordered items within 30 days, (3) ship complete order within 30 days, or (4) cancel the entire order. We will not bill your account until items are shipped. You will receive a confirming e-mail when your order is shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping

Most items are shipped via the UPS service of your choice. Some items may be more economically shipped by truck. For any item weighing over 65 pounds, we recommend calling us at (800) 589-5253 to determine the least expensive method of shipment. Some items will directly ship from the manufacturer, and their shipping methods may vary somewhat from ours. We ship to all states in the United States and to all providences in Canada. At this time we do not ship to any other countries.

Damaged Goods and Returns

At kalemktgparts.com our mission is customer satisfaction. We honor all warranties as stated by the manufacturers that we represent. Many manufacturers require that parts be returned directly to them for repair or replacement.

Upon receipt please check all shipments for damage and any warranty registration requirements. Shipment damage claims must be filed with the carrier, but we will help in any way possible.

We highly recommend that you ascertain the correct part number before ordering. If there is any question, please call (800) 589-5253. If we send the wrong part ordered, we will exchange the item with free shipping. If the wrong part was ordered, an RMA is required prior to return. You will be asked to provide the original invoice or packing slip. You will be charged shipping and a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
